Georgian Mahogany Tea Table with fold over top. £985
Circa 1800 of good quality mahogany, with fold over top, with elegant ring turning to the legs which still retain the original brass casters. The top folds back and is supported by the two back legs which swing out (always a sign of quality) and the table becomes almost square, and could be used as a small supper or work table. It would look lovely in a hall with the top closed, for letters telephone etc, or open to display a floral arrangement, or potted plant. It could also be used behind a sofa for a lamp.
